I ordered some metal on Monday from Hoover and Strong, and I was really hoping/expecting that it'd be sent out today. It's standard mill goods; nothing fancy (except that I wanted it dead soft, which adds a day).
Thus far I don't have notification that it's been sent... and i was really hoping/planning to use it this weekend. Annoying! if in fact it does not show up Friday.
Perhaps the notification stuff wasn't working, though, and i'll get it tomorrow or Friday. I hope..!

call them. i used to live right down the street from them, and i'd call them up to make an order and drive over 30 mins later to pick it up. they're usually pretty quick.
that was a few years back though, so i dunno if maybe their customer service has declined?
